Thanos, surprisingly enough, for recognising Tony as an equal in anguish and giving him the respect he deserves.
Stephen Strange for saving Tony by sacrificing the Time Stone and trusting Tony to fix the damage Thanos has done. Whether or not Strange has seen the possible outcomes, that is a ridiculously strong amount of faith to have in someone you just met.
And finally, Peter Parker, for being what drives Tony to fight when Pepper can’t be there. For being that sole source of innocence in Tony’s life that Tony wants to protect and simply for being the son Tony deserves.
And now, for being the fuel of the fire in Tony’s heart and soul to get revenge on Thanos.
